Feel free to use the roll-off for fall cleanup and yard waste.

Windermere Ridge HOA Site Overview
HOA dues and payment information. There are links to individual property folders for each HOA property. These folders contain the statements and balance information. The individual folder will be accessible only by the property account holder, the treasurer, and the HOA site admin.
Note: The HOA Board is working on setting up online payments through our HOA bank, and at some point, individual property statements will be available in each member's personal property folder. The folders are currently empty. An announcement will be sent out once the statements are available and online payments are available.

The goal of the Windermere Ridge site is to increase communication and become more connected.
This site is contained within the Windermere Ridge HOA Google Workspace. Google Workspace has several communication and collaboration tools. You can see a list of the apps and tools here: Google Workspace Features. If you see an app or tool you think should be added to the site or you think we should use, please let the HOA Admin know.
